Refund policy

We are happy to refund any items that do not meet our customers expectations or are not in the condition or working order promised. This includes any claims of warranty or exchanges which are acceptable and can be lodge via email to info@truflowspraybooths.com.au or in person at any of the below physical locations.  Our returns and refund policy is valid for 30 days. Beyond this point, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

For all returns to be valid, the product you bought must be in its original condition, packaged in its original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. 

All products must be sent to Unit 1 / 87 Kelliher Road, Richlands QLD 4077 or 25 Futura Rd Keysborough VIC 3173.  Once we have the product, we will handle your exchange for free and only charge you for shipping.

For all refunds to be valid, we must determine whether the product is defective. If we confirm the product as defective, we will immediately process your refund, including any fees incurred while sending the product back to Unit Unit 1 / 87 Kelliher Road, Richlands QLD 4077 or 25 Futura Rd Keysborough VIC 3173.  This process generally takes 7 days.
